After immediate needs were met, we worked to return families to their homes and the children to their schools. We provided items such as:

Temporary housing
Permanent housing
Well sanitation
Toilet facilities
School uniforms
School supplies
Trying to get
people back to work
as soon as possible was always an important goal. As such, we provided a sewing machine so a
seamstress could once again provide for her family; re-built a small tailor
shop so two brothers could re-open their business; re-built a small
grocer’s shop so he could provide food to his neighbors; re-built a country doctor’s home and office so
he could once again tend to his patients; and provided tools of the trade for carpenters, masons, and fishermen.
